- You will be invoiced on delivery of the buffet.
- Payment should reach us within 30 days of invoicing.
- Please be ready with any purchase order numbers required for processing.
- Please contact us in advance should you require a BACS to be set up.
- Cheques are made payable to Out to Lunch (Bath) Ltd.
- Please inform us as quickly as possible of any cancellations of large changes to numbers.
- Where cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge of 50% of the cancelled order to cover costs.
- Where more than 5 people cancel less than 48 hours prior to arranged delivery time, we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge of 50% per person of the cancelled order to cover costs.
